Instagram changed how follower lists are loaded, which broke parsing in every extension of this type, not just Gramlens. The fix is live in version 1.6.7 — update the extension (chrome://extensions → Update) and reload your Instagram tab. Some things may still misbehave, especially on very large lists, and we're still working on it.

The new API is also stricter about volume: after roughly 10,000 profiles in one run, Instagram may stop returning lists for your account for a while — possibly about a day. The account itself is not at risk, only parsing pauses. Accounts above roughly 15,000 followers, verified ones especially, may not parse at all yet — we are still confirming that, and testing whether breaks between runs help.
