How to export followers
Three steps, a few minutes for most accounts.
Open a profile
Log in to Instagram in Chrome as usual and open the profile whose followers you want to export — yours or any public one.
Collect the list
Open the Gramlens side panel and start collecting. Big lists can be paused and resumed later — progress is saved on your device.
Pick columns and download
Choose the fields you need — username, full name, verified status and more — then download CSV, Excel or JSON.

Built for real lists, not demos
The parts that matter once an account is bigger than a few hundred followers.
Exports are stored in your browser's local database, so a 100,000-follower list doesn't need to be collected in one sitting: pause anytime, come back, and continue where you left off.
Before downloading you choose exactly which columns go into the file, so the CSV opens clean in Excel or Google Sheets — no reformatting, no broken encodings.
No password, no cloud
The reason a browser extension is the safe way to do this.
Gramlens works inside your own logged-in browser session and reads only what Instagram already shows you. It never asks for your password and can't see private profiles you don't have access to.
Collected lists stay on your computer. Nothing is uploaded to our servers — optional cloud sync exists only as a backup you can switch on yourself.
